Blue Ribbon Painters wants people with disabilities to be able to learn about our painting services and contact us. We are working to improve the accessibility of blueribbonpainters.com as the website develops.
Our accessibility goal
Our goal is to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a reference for improvements. These guidelines address issues such as readable content, keyboard operation, contrast, form labels and compatibility with assistive technology.
Current status and limitations
This website is newly launched. A comprehensive accessibility audit, including testing with screen readers and other assistive technology, has not yet been completed. We are not claiming that the website fully conforms to WCAG or that every page is free of accessibility barriers.
Our continuing review includes keyboard navigation and focus visibility, menus and FAQs, form instructions and error messages, text alternatives for images, color contrast, zoom and small-screen layouts. Third-party components, including cookie controls, may have accessibility limitations that we need to review with their providers.
Request help or report a barrier
If you encounter a barrier, you can use our website contact form and select “Privacy or accessibility question.” A painting project is not required. Give a name and email address so our team can follow up. Requests are saved in our website for review.
When we follow up, please share the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem you experienced and the format or assistance that would help. Browser or assistive-technology details can be useful but are optional. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
We recognize that a web form may itself be a barrier. A direct email and telephone contact route is being finalized and will be added here. This is an outstanding accessibility improvement; we do not yet offer a verified alternative contact channel through this website.
Ongoing improvements
We will review reported issues and use them to prioritize improvements. When possible, we will work with you to provide the requested service information in a usable format. We will update this statement as testing, contact options and remediation progress.
